I made this Banana Chia Pudding with Oat Milk since I was craving banana pudding. I recall enjoying it as a kid.

It ranked up there with chocolate pudding, which says a lot. I adore anything containing chocolate.

This recipe is very simple but so delicious. It absolutely quenched my hunger for banana pudding.

The best part is that this is much healthier than the pudding I ate as a youngster. This is so healthy that it may be eaten for both breakfast and dessert.

If you've never tried chia seeds before, they taste somewhat nutty but are neutral enough in flavor to be used in chia jam, crackers, and pudding. They are rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals.

If you're trying chia pudding for the first time, I recommend blending it until you achieve the pudding consistency you're used to. If you enjoy the flavor, you can try it again without blending to see if you prefer the chia pudding consistency.
