Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chia pudding should have tasty components because chia seeds are mild.

My favorite is this simple chocolate pudding. Here's a quick list of the items I use to create it:

In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (unsweetened), and 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener such as maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup (adjust to taste).

Slowly pour in 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based) while continuously stirring to prevent clumps from forming.

Once all ingredients are well combined, cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

After the pudding has set, give it a good stir to ensure an even consistency.

Serve the chocolate chia seed pudding in individual bowls or jars.

Optionally, top with your favorite toppings such as sliced fruits, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a dollop of whipped cream.

Enjoy your creamy and indulgent chocolate chia seed pudding as a satisfying dessert or snack!
