Easy Blueberry Chia Pudding 

This Blueberry Chia Pudding is the most wonderful way to start the day, and it only requires four ingredients.  

It's extremely creamy and pleasantly sweet, with plenty of blueberry taste and a tinge of lemon. Best of all, it's Paleo, Vegan, and naturally Gluten Free! 

If you asked me what I like best about this chia pudding recipe, I could go on for pages and pages, which I am sure you don't want. Instead, I'll hit the highlights. 

First and foremost, it is incredibly tasty! The blueberry flavor is fantastic, and the lemon zest brightens and livens up the drink in ways that would be missed without it. 

It's also quite simple. I don't need to go shopping because the ingredient list is simple and primarily created with Paleo pantry basics.  

It also just takes about 5 minutes of hands-on work, and incredibly simple dishes like this are definitely my style. 

And have we talked about the color yet? I mean, is there anything prettier than that bright purple color? 

Finally, it is immaculately clean. You won't experience "the yucks" because it's produced with all-natural, healthful ingredients that are perfect for Paleo, gluten-free, low-carb, and other clean eating diets.
