Chapman’s timeless classic “Fast Car” gained new recognition through a powerful cover by Luke Combs, highlighting the enduring impact of her songwriting and the ability of country music to bridge generational gaps. 

The Country Music Association Award for Entertainer of the Year was something that Lainey Wilson received two days before the announcement of the GRAMMY nominations for 2024.
