Layered Strawberry Chia Pudding

In a blender, combine 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. 

Blend until smooth to create the strawberry layer. 

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 3/4 cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally. 

Once thickened, divide the chia mixture into two portions. 

In serving glasses or jars, layer the strawberry mixture and chia pudding alternatively. 

Repeat the layers until you fill the glasses or jars. 

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to set. 

Before serving, optionally garnish with sliced strawberries or a drizzle of honey.
