Oatmeal with Triple-Berry Blending 

In this simple breakfast, oats and berries are a perfect combination, and the oats also provide a reasonable amount of fiber. 

When it comes to blending, traditional rolled oats are the greatest option because of their ability to become softer and absorb liquid,  

resulting in a meal that has a luscious and creamy consistency. In the event that you are using frozen berries, 

you should first break them up in the blender before adding the rest of the ingredients. This will give the frozen berries a head start. 

Direction 1. 

Blend oats, oat milk, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, almond butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. 

Process oats and berries for 1 minute until smooth. If using frozen berries, mix until finely chopped, then add additional ingredients. 

Cover and chill the mixture in four 8-ounce jars for at least 8 hours. Add the remaining berries before serving.
